2. Confirm your reservation. To confirm a reservation, send us a deposit equal to 1/2 of your rental amount and a completed Rental Agreement (see below). Also, please send us an email informing us accordingly. For reservations made less than 30 days in advance, please send the full rental amount plus the $500 security deposit, as well as a a completed Rental Agreement. Your deposit will be returned shortly after your stay.
Payment must be by personal check drawn on a U.S. bank or via PayPal. Please note that any charges for money transfers will be applied to the renter's account. Please send an email to make arrangements to: info@stayinpalermo.com

and then send us an email informing us you have done so:
Download & Mail (or email) the RENTAL AGREEMENT. Click here to download the Rental Agreement (pdf file). Simply print it, fill it in, sign it and mail it with your deposit (or email it). If paying by PayPal, please send your completed Rental Agreement immediately after making your deposit.
