Terms & Conditions

Please read the following terms and conditions before sending your deposit or payment. Sending payment acknowledges your agreement to the terms and conditions herein and constitutes a binding rental agreement.

50% rental deposit required to confirm a reservation and hold your dates. We prefer payment by a personal check drawn on a U.S. bank. Deposits can also be made by bank wire directly into our bank account in the USA, but you will have to pay all wire transfer fees. Guest may also pay with Mastercard, Visa, Discover, or American Express card via Paypal.com. Please add 3.5% fee to the rental amount if paying via Paypal.

Guest must be 21 years of age to rent.

Remaining 50% of the rental amount and a $500 security deposit must be paid in full one month (30 days) prior to arrival. The security deposit will be returned shortly after your stay.

Guest agrees to pay for repair or replacement of any damaged or missing property. If the cost exceeds the security deposit, you agree to pay for the excess cost.

By making a rental deposit guest agrees to these policies and terms. Violating the policies and terms results in immediate termination of the agreement and guest must immediately vacate the apartment.

With the deposit, guest must provide names and ages of all persons that will occupy the house. Maximum occupancy is 4 persons.

No children under the age of 10.

Check-in is after 3:30 PM. Check-out prior to 11:00 AM. Please honor the check-out time so that the cleaning staff can prepare for the next guest.

Early check-in: Depending if the house is rented to another guest, we may have flexibility to adjust check-in time. Contact us to make arrangements.

Late check-out: Some guests have evening flights. We recommend renting an additional night.

This is a 100% non-smoking establishment.

No burning of candles allowed.

We cannot accommodate pets of any kind.

In case of cancellation, deposit and/or rental amount is refundable only if we can re-rent the townhouse for the same time period. Owner will return your security deposit immediately upon receiving your cancellation notice.

No refunds for early departures.

Gift Certificates must be paid for in full at the time of purchase. Value of certificate can be applied to a reservation at any time. Gift Certificates do not expire and we rely on the recipients to make a reservation at their convenience. Certificate recipient is responsible for posting the security deposit.

If guest finds any item in the property not functioning properly, they must inform us as soon as possible. We will do our best to solve the problem as soon as possible.
