Terms & Conditions

Please read the following terms and conditions before sending your deposit or payment. Sending payment acknowledges your agreement these terms and conditions and constitutes a binding rental agreement between Owner and Renter.

50% rental deposit required to confirm a reservation and hold your dates. Payment by a personal check drawn on a U.S. bank. Deposits can also be made by bank wire directly into our bank account in the USA, but you will have to pay any wire transfer fees. Guest may also pay with Mastercard, Visa, Discover, or American Express card via Paypal.com, however, guests are responsible for any transfer fees. Either pay fees upon transfering funds or add 3.5% fee to the rental amount. Make payment to: info@killasonna.com If PayPal fees are not paid in advance or the 3.5% fee is not added to the rental amount, the amount of the PayPal fee will be added to the guests account.

Guest must be 21 years of age to rent.
The rental amount includes the 21% mandatory local room tax.
Remaining 50% of the rental amount and a $500 security deposit must be paid in full one month (30 days) prior to arrival. If you are making a reservation less than 30 days in advance of your arrival date, the entire rental amount and security desposit are required at the time you make your reservation.
The security deposit will be returned 5-10 days after your stay.

Guest agrees to pay for repair or replacement of any damaged or missing property. If the cost exceeds the security deposit, you agree to pay for the excess cost.

By making a rental deposit guest agrees to the policies and terms stated here. Violating the policies and terms results in immediate termination of the agreement and guest must immediately vacate the apartment.

With the deposit, guest must provide names and ages of all persons that will occupy the house. Maximum occupancy is 4 persons.

Check-in is after 3:30 PM. Check-out prior to 11:00 AM. Please honor the check-out time so that the cleaning staff can prepare for the next guest.

Early check-in: Depending on whether the house is rented to another guest, we may have flexibility to adjust check-in time. Contact us to make arrangements. However, to be certain that you can check in early, we recommend renting the night prior to your arrival.

Late check-out: Some guests have evening flights. We recommend renting an additional night.

This is a 100% non-smoking establishment. No smoking is allowed anywhere on the property or in the common corridor.

No burning of candles allowed.

We cannot accommodate pets of any kind.
In case of cancellation, deposit and/or rental amount is refundable only if we can re-rent the townhouse for the same time period. Owner will return your security deposit immediately upon receiving your cancellation notice.

No refunds for early departures.

If guest finds any item in the property not functioning properly, we will do our best to solve the problem as soon as possible.

Travel Insurance suggestion: While most vacations go as planned, life is full of surprises. Consider obtaining travel insurance to protect yourself against potential loss.
